Frit Info

Frit is a vitreous substance used in making porcelain, glazes, or enamels. We can produce this material to meet your custom requirements for product applications in various industries, a unique material every day.

The general usage of frit is to melt the raw material formulation at a high temperature, then quench with water and roll the glass material.

It will be used in flakes or crushed to a powder form. The frit can be decorated as a powder or when the slurry is added to the substrate, and after firing is applied to a substrate such as ceramics and metal, and glass coating is formed, depending on your needs.

Frit applications include glaze, surface coatings for metal, filler (filler), or as a binder (sintering aid).

We mainly manufacture the pottery tile glaze frit, the product frit for separating and removing the slag in the iron and steel production, but the sintering binder frit of ceramics also features.
